Enjoy a richer rental car experience with additional services provided by LOTTE rent-a-car!

Navigation Rental Service (Free)
- For you to have a comfortable travel, we provide rentals with free navigation.
- If the vehicle is not equipped with a basic navigation system, it is provided with an installed navigation system.
Child Car Seat Rental Service (Additional Charge)
- Regardless of the rental period, you may only apply 1 at a time and the rental cost is 2000 won.
- Installing a baby seat may be difficult depending on the type of the vehicle chosen.
- If there is no baby seat available during your rental period or at the branch of your pick-up, car seat rental service cannot be provided.
One-Way Rental Service (Additional Charge)
- One-Way rental service allows you to pick-up or return at a different branch.
- The service can be provided only if the your rental period is at least 24 hours,
  the additional charge for one-way fee depends on the distance between your pick-up and return branch.

When making a reservation through customer service, please inform that you are a member of Asiana Club.
When making a reservation through the Asiana Club Accrual mall, mileage is automatically accumulated. (Go to ‘Make Reservation’)
Silver (Internet) member receives 35% and Gold member receives 40% discount. (For mainland branches only, Jeju discounts are subject to changes by period.)
Present your membership number or card at pick-up.(If you fail to present it you cannot earn miles.)
200 miles per day will be accumulated. (200 miles will be given for a half day rental or more)
Mileage will be accumulated only to the renter’s account.
Rental with driver is not eligible for mileage accrual.
It takes 4 to 6 weeks for mileage to be accumulated after your rental.

This service cannot be applied in conjunction with LOTTE rent-a-car membership benefits, and can only be earned for rental reservations that applied Asiana Airlines affiliate discount.

100 miles will be accumulated for 1 day of rental. (100 miles will be accumulated for a half day or more rental, max. of 1000miles can be earned.)
