              After-Hours Key Drop Box Guide

              A self-service key handover system for returns outside branch business hours.

              • 1. Park at the branch

                Before returning your key, please park ur car in the designated return area.

              • 2. Find the Key Drop Box

                Look for the red, locker-style LOTTE rent-a-car Key Drop Box.

              • 3. Enter the License Plate Number

                Tap Return button on the screen, and enter the last 4 digits of your license plate.
                Then choose a locker and place your key inside to complete the return.

              • 4. Return Complete

                Once your key return is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email.

              • Make sure to close the locker door.
              • The car return area and the Key Drop Box location may differ by branch. Please check the address in your confirmation email.
              • Key Drop Box Service available only for same branch returns.
              • Please return the car with the same fuel level as at pickup, per our full-tank policy. (This does not apply to electric vehicles)
              • Late returns will be charged by the hour.
              Any additional charges (fuel, tolls, fines, or late returns) will be billed to the card registered at the time of rental after drop-off.
